Registration
School board was established
in 1996. Even without legal registration, it began its work in the
spirit of the Renaissance tradition, ready to respond to the needs of
the school. It is registered in 2001 under the law court for legal
non-profit, and in 2003 was re-registered in a non-profit public
benefit.

Activity
School board is placed in a position of
basic source and a factor for maintaining, and capital repairs in the
building and out of it. During eleven years school board provides
financial activities of the school, improving the equipment, as it seeks
to match the current requirements for quality education. This position
is conditioned by the fact that until now the creation of Secondary
School "Dimitar Talev" has a special status in the municipal
school-public state property.
The transfer of responsibilities from the municipalities and the state
of law, leaving school without maintenance of the building which was
built in 1966. On the shoulders of the school board is the maintenance
of security, routine repairs and maintenance in the rooms, purchase of
computer equipment located in three modern computer rooms, fully
equipped media room of the school board, school board office and gym.
Maintenance, repair and consumables available for computer equipment in
school is also our financial commitment.
For separation of the children from primary school and calmer atmosphere
on the first and second floor were constructed metal doors with wood
panelling and create conditions for the settlement places of children's
products made in art class, manual labor, computer and information
technology.
Citizenship and our desire to make school of children in our second
home, we encourage them to seek alternatives to attract funds not only
through conyributor shares of the parents to provide educational
services but also by developing projects and applications to our and
foreign donors who are over 20 in number, successfully developed,
implemented and protected..
Besides material and financial support for its school board activity
seeks to promote civic consciousness of students, parents, educators,
public, creating inclusive relationships with representatives of working
on other programs. In this respect, our partnership program "Step by
Step" in early 1999, European Club Dobrich built at a higher level of
our work.
Resident priority is finding and creating innovative programs to solve
problems of young people in and outside the family, because
socio-psychological atmosphere in it directly affects a child's
personality and their behavior. Communication between parents and
teachers is in good faith. To achieve this, are contribute traditional
training and help with parents of prospective first grade students. Even
before their children enter in school parents are meet with school and
activities of the school and became involved with the policy of our
entire community.
We are proud to announce that the school board of Higher School "D.
Talev is innovative in its initiatives and receiver of the most valuable
of the Bulgarian traditions. Confidence for this finding gives us a job,
relationships’ partners, excellent coordination and synchronization of
trustees and school - a worthy role model.
