Thanks to its 74-member team of high school "Dimitar Talev”. 23 years it successfully built its appearance on a prestigious school, Dobrich region, guaranteeing the contemporary knowledge and skills of students seeking education and achieve European standards and meeting the needs and expectations of coming generation and their parents. The motto of "Talevtsi" is: "Making the world better and more beautiful!". This is known by their partners in Programme “step by step” from Bulgaria as and European partners in programme “Kominski” from Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Romania, Poland, Czech and Turkey.Free creative spirit and atmosphere in the school, unforgettable emotions of many initiatives and celebrations, turn the formation of skills and values in the unique experience of students in the school. The proximity between teachers and pupils and teamwork contribute unique school interior, pleasant atmosphere in the classrooms and modern computer, television, radio and video techniques provided by the joint efforts of staff, parents community and school board. Vision: Determination of the school "Dimitar Talev as a modern competitive power of Bulgarian school capable of applying effective practices and models, achieving of national and European standards and educational requirements, successfully modernized and optimally responsive to public demands and expectations, effective and prospective investee spent their financial resources to ensure of quality results, good order, high level of safety culture, hygiene and discipline in complete communication. 3. Basic purposes and priorities for construct of our brand image: Rising of quality and effectiveness of the educational work by: ● more optimum orientation and adaptation to individual needs, goals, abilities of the students; ● improve their level of motivation and activity through systematic using of innovative models of education and creative teaching; ● increasing the level of an inner school qualifications and methodological work; ● effectively improve of educational activities, vocational training, competence and qualifications of a school team; ● attract and effective integration into full partnership of families and parents’ community;
Effective, systematic, objective and manage purposeful and control activity, effective and pperspective investment of financial resources for: ● optimally motivating and encouraging of human resources and ensure of the educational process; ● sanitation and modernization of the training conditions, creativity, development, education and work; ● preservation, enrichment and optimum using of the equipment; ● effective integration into a school- life and maximum multiplier effects in earned project activities ● diversification and enrichment of possibility for professional and personal growth , expression, communication and realisation of the school community;

partners and media; Achieving of optimum accordance between the ability of our students in IV, V and VI classes, the annual current (term) and their results in national external evaluation; ● roofing of the national educational requirements and examinations of all our students from 7th and 12th classes on the first regular session; ● realization of the optimal plane for the 2009/2010 school year with minimal parameters: 1 preparatory class - 22 alumni, 4 classes 1st class with 92 children, 2 classes after completion of the 8th class - 52 students; ● full realization of graduates 7th , 8th and 12th class.
