Fifth Regional Conference “The school desired territory of students” – 21st to 22nd March, Balchik, region Dobrich
In the conference report and a multimedia product, of theme "An opportunity to diversify the learning environment in chemistry" is involved school team - senior teacher Radka Kishisheva and senior teacher Elena Zhelezova.
The aim of development is to create another opportunity for combining of the traditionals and interactives teaching methods in chemistry by creating a new educational environment for self-absorption of specific chemical knowledge of students in seventh grade.
Media product is copyrighted and is available to colleagues who teaching in the seventh grade.
For their participation in the conference colleagues are ranked on the second place and are honored with an award.
In the regional round of the National Conference “ The school - our favorite place” was held on March 2009 in Katerini – Greece. Our school presented two projects.

Krasimira Hineva and Marinela Goranova participated with their project: “The world of Dora Gabe”. It shows four years of research that the children had made. There is a website and nine computer games.

Darinka Mitkova participated with her project: “Alternative outlook of fiction” that presents short stories of her students. They are put together in a book with a CD.
Participating in days “COMENIUS”2008
After the took assessment (valorisation) by external evaluators on realized in the period 2006/ 2007 school partnership projects in program ”Comenius”, our language project “Two Slav languages in the European Community”, was among the 20 received commended and awarded a quality mark.
Ceremony took place during the Days Comenius 2008, which took place between 11 - 12 November 2008 in Veliko Turnovo. Our representatives who presented the award-winning work on the project were Zhivka Zacharieva - English teacher and coordinator of the project and Velimira Prodanova - teacher of information technology. Exhibition was organized, which had its own booth exhibited the work of the School of European projects. During the conference they met and exchanged experiences with colleagues and teachers across the country.

12-15 April 2008 in Plovdiv was took the Third National Conference ”School - the student desired territory”
In it took part our team of Marinella Goranova, Velimira Prodanova - teachers of Information Technology and Zhivka Zacharieva- English teacher and submitted a report - “European projects - field performance”.
During the conference they met and exchanged experiences with colleagues and teachers across the country. There were visited schools by the city of Plovdiv, achieved excellent results in educational activities. An unforgettable moment was the meeting with the Minister of Education and Science Daniel Valtchev.
Participation of teachers from Dimitar Talev Secondary school in international training
From 15 to 21 March 2008 at the University ”La Spenza”, Rome /Italy/ has took course EVRODIDAUEB - the use of the Internet and to multimedia resources in education. It is funded by the National Agency ”Socrates”, program ”Lifelong learning”. The course was attended by representatives of educational organizations from France, Spain, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria.
Mrs. Zhivka Zaharieva the school teacher in Dimitar Talev Secondary school participated in the training. During the course she was introduced on development in web technology, with new methods, related to web information and elements of hypermedia-she acquisited knowledge with choice of hardware and software for creating websites using Plone.
Created during the course contacts with teachers from other European countries allow for exchange of ideas related to methodology, techniques and methods, used in training, building new partnerships with other European institutions, which leading to the realization of joint projects and events and educational trips.
